
Our Year 6 pupils recently took part in Life Education workshops as part of their personal development programme.
The sessions focused on physical health, mental wellbeing, healthy lifestyles, and positive relationships. Pupils explored the importance of diet and exercise, learned how to recognise and manage emotions, and discussed the qualities of good friendships and ways to resolve conflicts positively.
The workshops were engaging and informative, and pupils participated thoughtfully throughout, developing valuable skills to support their wellbeing and future learning.
