Resourceful: Design and Technology pupils learn to make the best use of available materials, tools, and processes, fostering a resourceful mindset for problem-solving. By making the most of available resources, pupils learn to think on their feet, find alternative solutions, and make informed choices even when options are limited.
Practical: Through hands-on problem-solving, pupils gain the ability to put their ideas into action effectively, focusing on real-world outcomes and learning from experience to improve. With hands-on projects, pupils apply practical skills, turning ideas into tangible products while gaining experience in design, building, and evaluation.
